Nonparametrics
Section of the International
Society for
Bayesian
Analysis.
BNP-ISBA is a section of the International
Society for Bayesian Analysis (ISBA) aiming to
promote the development and application of Bayesian nonparametric
methods and inference techniques.
To this aim, we organise the biennial
International Conference on Bayesian
Nonparametrics and, in alternate years, the biennial
Bayesian Nonparametric Networking Workshop.
We also hold occasional workshops and sessions at other major
conferences, along with a regular
webinar series.
Are you interested in Bayesian nonparametrics?
Would you like to take part in activities that promote your research
and keep you up to date with the latest developments in the field?
Join BNP-ISBA!
We welcome researchers at any level. To become a member, subscribe
to ISBA here.
In the membership form you can add a
one-year membership to BNP-ISBA for only
$5 more, or a lifetime membership for
$75.
To stay up to date, sign up to our
BNP-ISBA Google
group. Please include your name and affiliation when
requesting to join.
We organise the biennial International Conference
on Bayesian Nonparametrics, showcasing the latest research and
fostering collaborations. With several successful editions behind us,
we are one of the largest sections of ISBA.
We also run the BNP networking workshops. This series of smaller, flexible workshops is
designed to (a) create an informal BNP event with slots dedicated to
early career researchers, (b) establish and strengthen local networks
and broaden appeal, and (c) foster brainstorming and innovation.
Attend our webinar
series to find out about the latest research in Bayesian
nonparametrics and to learn how the fundamental ideas of the field
were developed.
Webinars run roughly every two months and recordings of past talks
are available.
